Return,Refund & Cancellation Policy

      At E Technix, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and secure shopping experience. All products sold on www.etechnix.in are brand new and 100% genuine. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, our return policy has you covered. Depending on the case, we offer either a replacement or a refund. Return processing begins once the originally delivered item is received by our logistics partner.

We primarily serve informed industrial buyers and expect customers to understand the specifications and applications of the products before purchase

 Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return:

    The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

    Returns must be initiated within the specified return window.

 Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases:

    Return request is made after the return window has expired.

    Product is in transit or damaged due to use.

    Product is not in the original condition as delivered.

    Defective items not covered under manufacturer warranty.

    Consumables that have been used or installed.

    Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

    Items marked non-returnable on the product page.

    Heavy machinery-service may be provided at the nearest authorized service center.

 Refunds (If Applicable):
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team at 📧 support@etechnix.in or 📞 +91-9894423041/9894423021 within 2 days of delivery. We will attempt to arrange a pickup via our courier partners. If pickup is not feasible, you may return the item via a third-party courier, and we will reimburse the courier charges.

 Order Cancellation:

        Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us at support@etechnix.in.

         If the order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.

         If the order is cancelled after dispatch, applicable courier charges will be deducted from the refund.

 Cancellation Processing Time:

        Cancellation requests are processed within 24–48 hours.

         Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

 Incorrect Orders by Customer:

          Returns for incorrectly ordered items are accepted only with prior approval from our customer service team.

          A 15% restocking fee will apply.

 Non-Cancellable / Non-Returnable Items:

         Custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or cancellation under any circumstances.

 Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries by E Technix:

          If we deliver the wrong item, or if the item is damaged in transit, we will arrange an exchange, provided we are notified within 2 days of receipt.
